The PINNACLE BACK™ Turf Process
STEP 1
The turf manufacturing process begins with high quality UV stabilized yarns.
STEP 2
These creel racks feed into large tufting machines which sew the yarn into a primary backing material.
STEP 3
On the tufting machines, larger gauge needles sew the yarn into the primary backing. The tufted product is then rolled onto a mending frame for inspection.
STEP 4
Finally, the greige turf runs through our proprietary finishing line. Our 100% recyclable turf is then ready to be cut to size and shipped to you.
PINNACLE BACK™ Technology
Pinnacle Back™ is a revolutionary artificial turf backing technology that is 100% recyclable. Recyclability was the driving force for our innovative turf, but we have also improved other critical areas of the artificial grass experience for both the consumer and the installer.
The development of the new turf, distinguished by its 100% recyclable property, represents a significant advancement in sustainable landscaping solutions. The primary motivation behind introducing this innovative turf is its environmental benefits coupled with cost-effectiveness. As fields typically require replacement every 10 to 12 years, opting for a recyclable turf substantially reduces the financial burden on companies and mitigates environmental impact.
